Mycah and I have been considering putting up a forum for the site, where fans could discuss Abbie Cornish and her work. However, before making a final decision would it, we would like to ask if anyone out there would be interested in joining one. There is no purpose for us to set it up if no one would join us in the discussion, after all, a forum is meant to be a community. So if you’d like to see a fan forum for Abbie, please leave a comment or send us an email.

The movie comes to US theaters October 12.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Abbie Cornish is part of the judging panel for Bryan Brown’s short film festival, The Reel Deal, which will take place at the Revesby Workers Club on August 11.

Cate Blanchett has pulled out of the judging panel for Bryan Brown’s short film festival, The Reel Deal. Blanchett, who had agreed to be part of the event in Revesby in August, will instead be working overseas when the event is on. “She was really keen,” a spokeswoman for Brown’s event said, “but unfortunately she had to pull out at the last minute.”

Other stars including Abbie Cornish, Georgie Parker (Blanchett’s replacement), Khao Do and Wil Anderson will form part of the judging panel, alongside Brown himself.

The Reel Deal film festival awards will take place at the Revesby Workers Club on August 11. There will be free screenings of short films at the club on July 29.
